Position 1:
Aggregated Broadband Customer Project Manager (CPM): Interface with National Sales, OMs, Engineering, Testing and new Customer’s to manage overall Customer order. Must work collaboratively across the various teams to understand the breakdown of On-Net/Off-Net components and where each of the locations are in the Order Lifecycle. Will need to create implementation plans, implement strategic delivery of services, manage issues, risks and key milestones. This role is the face and voice to the Customer from order submission to turn-up for a newly ‘launched’ product: National Broadband Aggregation.

Key Skills: Strong Project Management background, Detail Oriented, Ability to manage multiple ‘mini’ projects and multiple stakeholders, excellent customer relationship management/building skills, Telco Background (preferably experience working with broadband internet), Executive Level Presentations.
Position 2:
Aggregated Broadband Order Manager: Interface with National Sales, CPM, Sales, Sales Ops, and Vendors to manage the submission and progress of the Customer Order for off-net sites. Will need to establish and maintain new Vendor relationships for submission of new customer orders. Will need to relay key changes in process back to process and REQs team. Will need to work collaboratively across aforementioned teams and act as a face to vendors for a newly ‘launched’ product: National Broadband Aggregation.
