Job Listing: Senior Curam Solution Architect

• Leading a Curam implementation as Curam technical expert
• Facilitating requirements and fit/gap workshops with client staff on technical topics and non-functional requirements.
• Estimating a Curam implementation given a set of requirements
• Creating functional and technical designs for Curam extensions and configurations, such as workflow and/or rules.
• When required, coding and unit testing Curam extensions in a J2EE environment.
• Investigating and resolving situations where actual test results do not match expected test results.
• Upholding the same professional standards and work ethic expected of all our consultancy staff and leading by example when working with less experienced staff.
  Preferred candidates will have:
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and situational awareness, with the ability to tactfully represent Curam Software interests in dynamic customer environments.
• An understanding of the core functionality or the associated business processes of human services (e.g., welfare, medical assistance, child protection, child support, or unemployment insurance).
• Experience with Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE), or Eclipse based IDE products such as IBM Rational Software Architect.
• Experience with Software Configuration Management / version control products such as IBM Rational Team Concert.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years experience in working as an IT architect.
• At least 5 years experience in demonstrating J2EE knowledge.
• At least 5 years experience in demonstrating integration skills.
• At least 5 years experience in providing architectural guidance to development teams (experience with UNIX and NT Operating systems).
• At least 5 years experience in working with relational databases (DB2 or Oracle) and SQL.
• English: Basic knowledge

Preferred

• Master’s Degree
• At least 7 years experience in working as an IT architect.
• At least 10 years experience in demonstrating J2EE knowledge.
• At least 5 years experience in demonstrating UML skills.
• At least 5 years experience in demonstrating knowledge in WebSphere Application Server.
• At least 10 years experience in demonstrating integration skills.
• At least 10 years experience in providing architectural guidance to development teams (experience with UNIX and NT Operating systems).
• At least 10 years experience in working with relational databases (DB2 or Oracle) and SQL.
• At least 3 years experience in working as a technical consultant in a large professional services organization.
• At least 3 years experience in working with ERP or package (COTS) software. ERP or COTS software includes, but is not limited to, products from SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Seibel, Lawson, Harmony, CGI, etc.
• Certified in Curam Development
• English : Intermediate

Additional information Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%. Candidates are not able to refuse project based on travel.
