Senior Project Manager Job Description:
This is a SENIOR LEVEL PM ROLE.
**Experience with Oracle apps, Hyperion or OFSAA, is a BIG PLUS!**
– Strong experience with project delivery in the Banking / Financial industry
– Prior experience leading LARGE COMPLEX IT SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS by being the Lead PM on record.
– Strong understanding of SDLC and PM methodologies
– Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to follow, interact with, and lead large group discussions
– EXPERT LEVEL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE using MS PROJECT for developing and maintaining large and complex IT project schedules
– SOLID technical background to be able to understand the IT solution being delivered in sufficient detail to drive issue resolution, while maintaining a solid understanding of the high level business drivers and dependencies
– Ideal candidate should be able to succeed in a challenging fast paced environment by being the driving force that motivates all others in the team
NOT LOOKING FOR INFRASTRUCTURE PM’s, PM MANAGING PROJECTS IN A NON-IT ENVIRONMENT OR JUNIOR/MID-LEVEL PMs.

– Previous experience working for a big consulting firm a plus
– Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar preferred but not required
