Hiring A Senior Salesforce Developer

Position: Senior Salesforce Developer    

Start Date: ASAP

Contract is 3 months minimum but likely closer to 6 months

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• SFDC platform including Apex and Visual Force

• Eclipse integrated to Microsoft Team Foundation Server for Source Control and Code Promotion

• Knowledge of Web Services, XML, HTML, SOAP, JavaScript, Workflows, Triggers, Batch Processes, Deployment Packages

• Experience with DBAmp for integrating to on-premise Microsoft SQL Server a plus

• Experience with work-item tracking in Team Foundation Server also a plus

• Excellent communication. They will need to manage their own backlog of work and work with the Business Analyst team to drive forward the “Tickets” to completion. They will need to be proactive in updating and communicating their status so that the PM/BA team can assist in getting the changes tested and through our Change Control process.

• Self-managing.  Shows initiative, is a self-starter, able to handle multiple priorities and has excellent time management skills.
