Job Title: Project Controls Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Must have a basic understanding of accounting practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
- Project scheduling back round a plus
- Set up, monitor, and update projects in PeopleSoft (i.e. Actual in service dates, & assigning asset cost)
- Run and update reports from Hyperion Financial Systems.
- Work with the project manager to monitor charges against projects, in relation to latest estimates and budgets
- Reconcile invoices with project cost and submit journal entries to correct
- Assist project managers with entry of the latest estimate and budget into the budget system
- Assist project managers with deliverables to the Finance and Accounting departments
- Report capital project details, with supporting documentation to the tax department to assist in the calculation of the Investment Tax Credit
- Assist project managers with the application Passport and Concur
- Monitor solar generation for SREC validation
- Track Performance Based Incentive payments
- Assist in the true up for intercompany settlements
