Job Description:- Under the direction of the Director – Infrastructure Services, the Program Director is responsible for: Supervision of the programs in North America , including scheduling, delivery and infrastructure; personnel management; assistance with Program promotion and events/ outreach coordination; various administrative tasks.
- Candidate should be US Green Card Holder / US Citizen holding [Bachelors / Master’s Degree] and willing to relocate or travel across the US and India for client engagements based on Programs / Projects requirements.
- 18+ years of IT Industry Experience out of which at least 8+ Years progressive infrastructure technology management experience in a global IT organizations.
- Should have experience managing large scale Transformation and Transition initiatives, transaction-intensive, 24×7 Operations & Support, multi-site, international operations.
- Act as managing point of contact for the clients for all aspects of Programs / Projects engagement activities in North America.
- Communicates with Program Managers / Project managers and business sponsors to prioritize and schedule delivery based engagements.
- Ensures Projects are staffed [Employees, Contractors, Sub-contractors] and tracked appropriately and control Profit & Loss for the Accounts aligned to his region.
- Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other guidelines/procedures are followed for internal and external change requests.
- Proposes Projects for process improvement, technical enhancements, and cost savings efforts.
- Assists clients in organizational structures for optimum Programs / Project delivery.
- Lead the program team working under him and work along with Technical Head and Regional directors of USA for Transformation / Transition engagements of US Clients having off-shore engagements.
- Ensuring practice and engagement success including quality, financial performance and delivery to the customer.
- Responsible for all staff development and growth of next generation leadership from existing team.
- Will have total responsibility and accountable for Programs / Projects success.
- Communicate program status with Executive Director on weekly / Quarterly / Ad-hoc basis
