Description:
· This position will be required to check data quality and integrity for loaded data, data extracted from new applications and mainframe databases.
· Develop business requirement and system analysis documents for the following new projects and perform quality assurance testing for various existing web-based applications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Experience developing business and system requirements
· Ability to communicate clearly, oral and written, at all levels working with developers, testers and managers
· Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Knowledge of structured report development
· Ability to coordinate activities between DPSCS and any other agencies/entities
· Ability to conduct preliminary systems testing to ensure that changes delivered will meet user requirements
Qualifications:
· Experience developing workflow/dataflow diagrams, use case diagrams and system design documents
· Three to Five years developing business and functional requirements
· Familiarity and ability to use MS Office suite such as, MS Word, Visio, Excel and SharePoint
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or five to seven years of job-related experience can be equivalent combination of education and experience.
