Position : Sr. Salesforce Developer

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years total experience in software development and/or programming design and development
- Deep SFDC and Force.com experience, and able to think through solutions of concepts.
- Ability to map out to process flows and objects in SFDC.
- Salesforce.com Developer and Admin certifications.
- 2 – 3+ yrs. Apex development experience on the Force.com platform including the ability to write triggers and develop Visual force pages.
- Strong platform experience – must understand and be able to implement Salesforce.com configuration changes.
- Must have deployed at least two Salesforce.com projects – end to end implementation experience preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
- Strong understanding of database design and web services concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous consulting experience in an on- shore/off shore model.
- Previous consulting experience in an on- shore/off shore model
- Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud Certifications
- Force.com platform experience
