Job Description

• Experience in Insurance Domain is Mandatory.
• Must successfully complete the USG Lean Six Sigma Certification process for Black Belts and Master Black Belt.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a manager in manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution or ten years in some other supervisory capacity. Must have been certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt for at least two years.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
